Warm tea in summer?

Although it may seem unusual, warm tea also offers some benefits in summer:

  • Temperature regulation : Warm drinks can help cool the body by stimulating perspiration. Drinking warm tea can lead to natural cooling.

  • Relaxation: A cup of warm tea can have a calming effect, helping to reduce stress and relax the mind. This is especially useful for recuperating on a hot summer day.

  • Aids digestion: Warm drinks can aid digestion by stimulating metabolism and aiding nutrient absorption. Some teas, such as peppermint tea or chamomile tea, can also soothe stomach upsets.
