The ingredients themselves are 100% gluten-free. However, our production facility also fills products containing gluten. To be on the safe side, we clean the line according to HACCP standards after each product change and regularly test for gluten. However, traces below 20 ppm cannot be completely ruled out; therefore, we declare "may contain traces of gluten."

How sweet is the pure version?

Each 100g contains 14g of natural fructose from dates, resulting in a mild, not overly sweet flavor.

Can I eat the porridge while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, all ingredients are unprocessed and natural. Overall, make sure you eat a balanced diet and, if in doubt, talk to your midwife or doctor.

Does porridge help build muscle?

15.25 g of protein per 50 g serving provides all essential amino acids, including approximately 2.2 g of BCAAs. Combined with strength training, it supports muscle building.

Can I use the porridge during the Salufast fasting box?

It's ideal for the recovery and stabilization phase after the five-day fasting box, providing protein, minerals, and fiber without putting a strain on the stomach. Please omit it during the pure fasting days.

How long does the porridge last?

At least 12 months from production. After opening, store in a dry place, away from light, and tightly closed to preserve its crispness and flavor.

Does the product contain added vitamins or sweeteners?

No. It's a clean-label product with no additives, flavors, or artificial sweeteners.

Is the packaging sustainable?
