Our fasting tea accompanies you
Now it's getting warm with our fasting tea
Who doesn't love brewing a warm cup of tea after a walk in the cold winter air and savoring it with all their senses? What's a soothing ritual for some is simply a beverage for others. As you may have already discovered, tea is also an important part of our fasting program.

Your tea for the first day of fasting: “Inner Balance”
On the first day of fasting, start your day with the "Inner Balance" fasting tea. This tea consists of a special blend of fennel, apple, ginger, lemon balm, cinnamon, anise, and peppermint. The spices anise and cinnamon give the tea a delicate flavor and contain many secondary plant substances. Apple and mint provide the tea with a light freshness.

Your tea for the second day of fasting: “Natural Purity”
On the second day of your fast, you can look forward to a blend of nettle herbs, dandelion leaves, and peppermint. The bitter compounds in nettle and dandelion will have an activating effect on your fasting day. Peppermint adds sweetness and freshness to the flavor.
Your tea for the third day of fasting: “Refreshing Strength”
The tea on the third day of fasting will give you a particularly warm and liberating feeling. Licorice root, peppermint, lemongrass, lemon verbena, and ginger will give you strength for the third day of fasting. The licorice root will keep you balanced and provide a mildly sweet finish in the mouth. Peppermint will provide a little freshness boost.
Your tea for the fourth day of fasting: “Invigorating Freedom”
Day four brings you a sense of inner well-being. The ingredients fennel, anise, peppermint, chamomile, and licorice root support a sense of inner freedom. Fennel, chamomile, and licorice root promote inner relaxation. Anise and peppermint provide soothing refreshment. Anise and oil-rich peppermint contain many secondary plant substances and are widely used in naturopathy.
Your tea for the fifth day of fasting: “Warming Happiness”
The last day of fasting brings sunshine for body and soul. You can begin the day with pride and full of energy. St. John's wort, lemon balm, chamomile, and calendula accompany you – everything you need for a happy mind. Chamomile and calendula round out the tea.
