Leider sehr teuer

Das 1xOmega+Öl ist mit Sicherheit ein sehr hochwertiges. Aber eine Flasche reicht gerade einmal zwei Wochen. Wenn ich es längerfristig anwenden möchte, geht es sehr ins Geld. Leider!

Omega 3 - Öl, statt Kapseln

Ich wollte gern das Öl ausprobieren, weil ich bisher Kapseln eingenommen hatte. Ich trinke das Öl (5 ml) im Tee, da es so geschmacklich für mich möglich ist. Auf jeden Fall werden so die Lippen gut geölt. Omega 3 wirkt entzündungshemmend. Ist auf jeden Fall eine Alternative zu den bisherigen Kapseln und gesünder.

Öl schmeckt gut - Flasche ist gut gemacht

Das Öl ist sehr gut genießbar. Nehme meine 5 ml zum Frühstück. Es ist ein Messbecher für die 5 ml dabei. Das ist hilfreich. Die Flasche hat extra einen schmalen Hals, der das Dosieren einfacher macht. Alles in allem ein gutes Produkt.

Omega6-Sonnenblumenöl enthalten

Für mich ist hier zu viel Omega 6 Öl in Form von Sonnenblumenöl enthalten. Auch wenn das Produkt wahrscheinlich das optimale Mischungsverhältnis von Omega 3 zu Omega 6 enthält, so kauft man dich meist so teures Omega 3 Öl, weil man den allgemein üblichen Überschuss an Omega 6 kompensieren will. Anlass für diese Bewertung ist, dass meine längst verschwundenen Gelenkschmerzen nach Verwendung dieses Öl wieder zurückkamen.

Vielen Dank die ehrliche Rückmeldung. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Du nach der Verwendung des Öls erneut Gelenkschmerzen hattest. Unser Produkt wurde so konzipiert, dass es ein optimales Verhältnis von Omega-3- zu Omega-6-Fettsäuren bietet, wie Du bereits vermutet hast. Dennoch verstehe ich Deine Bedenken, insbesondere wenn Du bereits versucht hast, den Überschuss an Omega-6-Fettsäuren in Deiner Ernährung zu reduzieren. Einige Menschen reagieren empfindlich auf bestimmte Fettsäureverhältnisse, und es kann sinnvoll sein, das Verhältnis von Omega-6- und Omega-3-Fettsäuren individuell anzupassen.
