The wheat germ is the heart of the wheat grain and the "chosen treasure." The germ makes up a tiny portion of approximately 0.2% of the wheat grain. The highest concentrations of spermidine are found in the wheat germ of the wheat grain. Spermidine Pro contains wheat germ from one ton of wheat.

How can you activate your autophagy?

Yes. Spermidine Pro capsules contain only wheat germ, acerola powder, rosehip powder, and zinc citrate. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and is therefore also vegan.

What is the recommended dosage for Spermidine Pro capsules?

We recommend taking 4 capsules per day. Take 2 capsules each morning and evening with plenty of liquid.
