Recipe - Colorful tomato salad with cucumbers and feta

Ingredients:
- 500 g colorful tomatoes (cherry tomatoes, cocktail tomatoes, vine tomatoes)
- 1 large cucumber
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1/2 red onion
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons Omega Balance Oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Step 1: Halve or quarter the tomatoes, depending on their size. Peel the cucumber, halve it, and slice it thinly. Slice the red onion into thin rings. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Roughly tear the basil leaves.
Step 2: Place all prepared ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
Step 3: For the dressing, mix the Omega Balance oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 4: Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything gently to ensure the flavors are well distributed.
Step 5: Let the salad sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to intensify.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
