Pumpkin soup

Pumpkin is an absolute superfood. With only 25 kcal per 100 grams, it's extremely low in calories yet packed with vital nutrients. Pumpkin provides plenty of vitamins (including beta-carotene, a precursor to vitamin A) and minerals (including potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron) that are particularly valuable to your body. Alpha- and beta-carotene are antioxidant, secondary plant substances that are converted into active vitamin A in the body.

Note: We've adjusted our recipe and now use oat milk powder instead of coconut milk powder. This makes our pumpkin soup even creamier and more flavorful.

Ingredients

Pumpkin flakes *, oat milk powder *, potato flakes *, onions *, vegetable broth *, sea salt, spice mix * (* = from controlled organic farming / DE-ÖKO-013)

preparation

Stir approximately 2-3 tablespoons into approximately 200-250 ml of boiling water per meal until the desired consistency is achieved. The soup powder is sufficient for up to 7 meals.

Allergens

May contain traces of wheat, mustard and nuts.
