Carrots are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin A and biotin are present in large quantities. Two carrots can meet an adult's daily vitamin A requirement. Vitamin A is fat-soluble, so carrots should be eaten with fat for better vitamin absorption.

Stir approximately 2-3 tablespoons into approximately 200-250 ml of boiling water per meal until the desired consistency is achieved. The soup powder is sufficient for up to 7 meals.

For one serving, add approximately 2-3 tablespoons of soup mix to a bowl and stir in 200-250 ml of boiling water. Let the soup mix swell for approximately 5 minutes and then cool slightly. Done!
