Avocado toast with tomato and arugula

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 small tomato, sliced cut

  • Handful of arugula
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

1 serving I 10 minutes I 308 Kcal

Preparation:

Step 1: Toast the whole-grain bread .

Step 2: Mash the avocado on the toast and season with salt and pepper .

Step 3: Distribute the tomato slices over the avocado .

Step 4: Wash the arugula and place it on top of the tomatoes .

Step 5: Drizzle olive oil over the arugula and serve the toast .
