Omega Vital Salad with Wheat Germ

Ingredients:
- 200 g mixed green salad (e.g. rocket, spinach, lamb's lettuce)
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g. flax seeds, chia seeds)
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, coriander), chopped
For the dressing:
- 3 tbsp Omega Oil Balance
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Wash the mixed green salad thoroughly and pat dry. Place it in a large salad bowl.
- Add the avocado, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Mix gently.
- Sprinkle wheat germ and mixed seeds over the salad.
- In a small bowl, combine Omega Balance oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to prepare the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently to blend the flavors.
- Finally, sprinkle the chopped herbs on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
