In Ayurveda, oil pulling is recommended as a daily cleansing ritual to support general health. The oil binds fat-soluble substances in the mouth, which are then spit out before your first meal. This morning ritual therefore promotes healthy oral flora and enhances general well-being.

Sesam-Öl wird traditionell beim Ölziehen im Ayurveda verwendet und balanciert in erster Linie das Vata und Kapha Dosha aus.

Thymian ist eine heimische Heilpflanze und wird gern bei Atemwegserkrankungen, Verdauungsschwäche, Zahnschmerzen und Frauenleiden eingesetzt. Thymian wirkt anregend auf das Pitta Dosha und balanciert das Vata und Kapha Dosha.

Mit Salbei ergänzt

Salbei ist reich an ätherischen Ölen und seine Inhaltsstoffe werden als entzündungshemmend beschrieben. Salbei hat eine Pitta-reduzierende Wirkung.

Nachhaltig mit Graspapier verpackt

Um die Umwelt zu schonen, wurde das Öl in einer Glasflasche abgefüllt. Die Verpackung besteht aus nachhaltigen Graspapier mit einem Anteil von 35% Gras und 65% Altpapier.

Take about 1 teaspoon of the mouthwash oil into your mouth and swish it between your teeth for 5-15 minutes. Then spit the oil into a paper towel and throw it in the trash. Rinse your mouth with warm water.

What does oil pulling do?

In Ayurveda, oil pulling is recommended to bind and remove fat-soluble substances. This is said to have a positive effect on dental health. The massaging effect of oil pulling is also said to stimulate the lymphatic system.

Where is the oil produced and how do I store it?

Our mouth-pulling oil is made in Germany. Unopened, the Ayurvedic mouth-pulling oil has a shelf life of up to 6 months. Once opened, store the oil in a cool, dark place and consume within 4 weeks.

How many uses does one bottle last for?

One bottle of our mouthwash oil is enough for about 20 applications of 1 teaspoon each.
