Sesame (sesamum indicum), common sage (salvia officinalis), common thyme (thymus vulgaris)

The base: sesame oil

Sesame oil is traditionally used in oil pulling in Ayurveda and primarily balances the Vata and Kapha dosha.

Thyme for freshness

Thyme is a native medicinal plant and is often used for respiratory diseases, indigestion, toothaches, and gynecological problems. Thyme stimulates the Pitta dosha and balances the Vata and Kapha doshas.

Supplemented with sage

Sage is rich in essential oils, and its constituents are described as anti-inflammatory. Sage has a Pitta-reducing effect.

Sustainably packaged with grass paper

To protect the environment, the oil is bottled in a glass bottle. The packaging is made of sustainable grass paper, consisting of 35% grass and 65% recycled paper.

Our mouth-pulling oil is made in Germany. Unopened, the Ayurvedic mouth-pulling oil has a shelf life of up to 6 months. Once opened, store the oil in a cool, dark place and consume within 4 weeks.

How many uses does one bottle last for?

One bottle of our mouthwash oil is enough for about 20 applications of 1 teaspoon each.
