Cauliflower vegetable soup

Ingredients:
1 small cauliflower1 small potato
1 carrot
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp parsley, roughly chopped

Preparation:
Step 1: Thoroughly clean the vegetables for the soup and cut them into pieces.
Step 2: Pour the vegetable stock into a pot and bring it to a boil with the vegetables. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Meanwhile, roughly chop the fresh parsley and add it to the soup. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
