Recipe - Dinner on the recovery day (476 kcal)

Chili sin Carne

Ingredients:

1/2 can kidney beans, drained
1/2 can chopped tomatoes
1/2 can of corn
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 celery stick, diced
1 carrot, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp olive oil

1 serving | 30 mins | 476 kcal

Preparation:

Step  1:  Heat oil in a large pot and add onion, carrots, celery stick and peppers in it  fry until soft .

Step  2:  Add paprika powder, cumin and oregano and stir well.

Step 3: Deglaze with water, add beans, corn, and chopped tomatoes, and stir in the cornflour. Bring everything to a boil.

Step  4:  Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chili is thick and aromatic .

Step  5 :  Serve and enjoy .
